Lenmed Ethekwini Hospital is home to various specialists and sub-specialists, these are essential to the management of the patients with complex auto-immune diseases. The multi-disciplinary team includes rheumatologist Dr Neeta Patel, a neurologist, orthopaedic surgeons, cardiologists, pulmonologists and the Allied Health Professionals including physiotherapists, dieticians, biokineticists and the nursing team who have been trained in the management of rheumatic diseases and administration of biologic therapies.
